General Council:
composed by all 340 general members throughout the country, which elect an Executive Committee (EC) of 30 members including 5 office bearers every 3 years.
It meets once a year regularly and in between, if felt necessary or on the demand of 2/3 members.

consists of 30 members including 5 office bearers i.e. President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary and Assistant Secretary and is elected by the General Council every three years. It meets quarterly and in between, if felt necessary or on demand of 2/3 members.

Generally all the decisions, both in General Council and Executive Committee, are taken unanimously. In case of any dissent, majority of opinion is essential.
Management, paid staff and volunteers
Overall administration and management of GBS is looked after by the Secretary cum Executive Director and Joint Secretary with the help of the following core staff:
There are 50 volunteers in 15 villages of district Tonk who deliver their services for the projects implemented by GBS in their areas.
Gender Policy
According to GBS's philosophy sufficient importance has been given to women's participation in the organisation as well as developing programmes for overall upliftment of women in all spheres of the society.
Most of the projects/programmes implemented by GBS in the past and those in hand women are direct beneficiaries in. Moreover, under GBS vision at least one third women are elected in its 30 member Executive Committee.
All the women focussed projects and programs are looked after by Senior Executive Officer Ms. Kusum Jain- Joint Secretary.
