You should send your properly prepared manuscript to the PHYSICA SCRIPTA head office in Stockholm. If your paper is on plasma theory or related topics, in your cover letter you can request me (Ming Yu) to act as the editor for your manuscript.

You can submit by either bird/snail/human mail (3 copies), or by email (most preferred) in LaTeX, Revtex, or TeX. If you do not receive an acknowledgment, please send in the hard copies by bird (choose a speedy bird) mail! Be sure that your manuscript ( keep it short! ) conforms to the standards and format of PHYSICA SCRIPTA. Even if you send in only hard copies, the publisher would like to receive the electronic version on a diskette or by email (if available) of your manuscript after it is accepted.

Bad news: poorly prepared manuscripts or electronic manuscripts which cannot be reproduced/printed will be ignored without further ado! Make sure that you do not use fancy editing softwares (from Bill Gates, etc.) which insert stuff like =3D, etc. into your plain text or are themselves not compatible in different countries.

Great news: there is no publication charge and you will get 25 free reprints if your paper is published.
